2012 Managing Legal Liability in Agritourism and Direct Marketing Operations

WORKSHOPS ARE FREE, BUT YOU MUST REGISTER BY FRIDAY, MARCH 9TH!

Farmers, farmers’ markets and vendors, CSAs, direct marketing entrepreneurs, and other agriculture stakeholders will find the answers at the 2012 Managing Legal Liability in Agritourism and Direct Marketing.  Participants will discuss the  following:

  • Issue of legal risks.
  • Need for liability insurance and appropriate business structure.
  • Analysis of business insurance options.

Working directly with Virginia Tech professor and attorney Jesse Richardson, participants will evaluate different insurance coverage, business organization alternatives, and liability protection strategies.

4 FREE Workshop Locations: Choose which location is best for you.
